If you’re having trouble loading your first metric, creating a Space, or are not sure how to perform a certain function, we can guide you and even get it done for you. Get that data flowing sooner!
2. Create & test alerts:
Are you unsure whether an alert was set up properly, and need confirmation or further testing? We can check your alert and even help test it to make sure it fires as expected.
3. Dissect usage and suggest ways to save money:
Worried if your usage may be running over budget? We can send you a detailed breakdown at the metric level and also suggest potential ways to help you cut costs. We want to make sure you’re getting the most value out of Librato.
4. Build complex composite metric queries:
Composite metrics let you define a new higher-level metric by specifying an arbitrary set of mathematical transformations to perform on a selection of native metrics you're sending us.
